Washed On James (Toowoomba City, QLD)

Washed On James, Toowoomba City, QLD.
Not a touchless car wash – it’s an automatic conveyor wash with staff pre-washing.
Google gives it 4.3 stars, which feels about right for a reliable, no-nonsense scrub.

Staff do a pre-wash scrub before the machine kicks in, and there are free self-serve vacuums you can use after.
Pay by card, with a card surcharge.
Open 8am to 5:30pm every day.

Prices get mixed reviews; some say it’s a bit pricey, others think the wash club or occasional washes are decent value.
Common figures folks mention include about $27 for The Best Wash and around $30 for another option, plus a $10 vacuum fee if you skip a wash.
Reviews don’t mention any manual or self-serve wash bays, and there’s no dog wash or carpet mat facility noted.
All up, it’s practical, busy enough, and the staff come across as friendly, mates.
