Mr Magic Carwash (Toowoomba City, QLD)

Mr Magic Carwash in Toowoomba City, QLD is a handy local spot to give your car a scrub. Google rates it about 3.5 stars, so it’s a bit of a mixed bag but with plenty of options. It’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can drop in whenever it suits. There are automatic, touchless drive-through bays, plus DIY bays if you want to scrub it yourself.

On site you’ll find vacuums and a dog wash, plus a steam cleaner and carpet vacuum for the trickier bits. Pay where you like: coins and cash are accepted (and there’s a coin converter), and card payments including tap and pay and EFTPOS are also welcome. Some reviewers note staff can help with detailing and a finishing touch, which can be handy after a long week.

Prices tend to spark opinions – car washes in the low $20s, sometimes up around $22 or more; dog washes about $12; self-serve bays priced by the minute (roughly $1/min or a chunk for part of a wash). Vacuums aren’t always perfect, and a few folks have run into issues with the automation, but many people still find it a convenient, round-the-clock option.
