Mercury Carwash (Watsonia, VIC)

Mercury Carwash (Watsonia, VIC) is a self-serve car wash you’ll find in Watsonia, open 24 hours a day.

On Google it’s rated about 3.6, so it sits as a practical, no-frills spot that gets the job done without the fanfare.

Reviews describe a self-serve setup with multiple bays and no attendant on site to help. If you’re hoping for someone to hand wash, this isn’t it.

Cash and coins are the way to pay here, with several notes that card readers aren’t reliable. There are vacuums, a dog wash on site, and the usual self-serve bays to tackle.

Prices pop up in reviews too: about $1 for 1 minute, $5 for 10 minutes, $2 for vacuums, and around $10 for the dog wash. Some people call it good value, others say it’s pricey for the time you get.

A few reports mention coin-reader hiccups or non-working card options, so bring cash just in case. If you want a quick, straightforward self-wash with 24/7 access, this place is worth a look.
