Both star car wash in Eastland don’t honour the advertised price displayed on the board outside of their office, always refusing to do the Platinum wash for the displayed $75 which includes interior vacuum and general internal clean. They always try to say the car requires the $120 to $140 full detail. I constantly ask for just do the advertised $75 platinum and will accept if it’s not at detail level but still refuse to do. This is not acceptable and is in breach of consumer laws including false advertising.
