About
Swish Wash in Templestowe Lower, VIC is a local car wash where you wash your own car. It sits at about 3.1 stars on Google, so it’s a practical, no-frills spot that gets the job done without any fuss.
Most folks pull into the self-serve bays, with coin-operated entry and vacuums nearby for a quick dry-off. There’s a dog wash facility mentioned in reviews, and there’s also an automatic brushless auto wash option, though many say it can be pricey and not always reliable.
Prices are mixed: self-serve starts around $1 per minute, automatic washes hover in the mid-teens, and card use sometimes brings surcharges or odd charges. Some reviewers report card issues or double charges, so pay attention at the till. Open daily from 7am to 10pm, so you can swing by before or after work.
Automatic Features
Automatic car wash facility offering brushless and touchless (auto‑touch‑free) washes. Payment options include cash (coin‑operated entry) with cheaper pricing, or credit card with a surcharge (about $16 for brushless; $12 for touchless). The wash is quick and generally delivers a decent clean.
Self Service Features
Self-serve car wash bays are available (and a self dog wash is also present). The self-serve bays are described as good, but the automatic wash is old and loud, and some users report no drying option and missing shampoo/conditioner in the dog wash.
