No 1 Car Wash (Sale, VIC)

No 1 Car Wash, Sale, VIC, is a handy local spot to clean up your car. It sits on Google at about 4.1, so you can expect decent service most days. Open daily from 7am to 9:30pm, so you can pop in before or after work, mate.

They’ve got an automatic wash with a laser wash option, and there are manual bays for a self-serve scrub too. Staff are on hand to help if needed, but it’s not a hand-wash service. Prices run around $19 for automatic washes, $5 for a six-minute manual wash, and about $10 for 10 minutes at the dog wash. There’s a dog wash facility as well, priced in line with others and easy to use. One reviewer even mentioned a vacuum machine being available, though some found it expensive and short.

Paying is flexible: you can deposit coins with a change machine that takes notes, or pay by card (credit or swipe), with the odd surcharge noted. Some bays can get muddy if people don’t tidy up, and a few customers have called the bays dirty, so expect to scrub a little. Overall, it’s a solid, no-fuss option with helpful staff, busy at times, and fair-dinkum pricing for the area.
