Autobrite Car Wash (Mount Waverley, VIC)

Autobrite Car Wash (Mount Waverley, VIC) is a handy local self-serve spot, open 24 hours a day. On Google it sits at 3.3 stars, so it’s a practical, no-frills option rather than a shiny showroom.

There are manual/self-service bays, and one reviewer notes a touchless wash option as part of the setup. There’s also a dog wash facility and vacuums available for use.

You can pay with coins or cash and card payments are accepted too, though the coin machines can be temperamental. Prices tend to vary – some say about $1 for 1:20 of wash time, vacuum around $2, and the dog wash roughly $10–$12. A few reviews mention it can feel a bit hands-off with little staff contact, and that some equipment can malfunction, leaving you wondering if you got value for money. Still, for a budget, self-serve option that’s open all hours, it gets the job done.
