I visited this car wash and opted for the $22 ‘Deluxe’ package, the most expensive option available despite our car only needing a light freshen up. The cycle finished incredibly fast, far too quickly to have actually applied the waxes and treatments as indicated. When the wash ended, the car was dripping with water and looked like it had simply been sprayed with a hose. My husband tried to hand dry it, only to find the surface was still covered in dust. I’ve reached out via multiple calls, voicemails and texts, but the management has been completely unresponsive. Avoid this place, it’s very unprofessional.
