About
Pro Wash in Golden Grove, SA is a solid local car wash. Google rating sits at 4.5, which sets the tone as reliably good. There’s an automatic drive-through wash, plus touchless options and even a laser wash if you want the high-tech feel. The place has self-wash bays, manual bays, DIY washing booths, and hand wash bays – so you’ve got options.
Staff are friendly and helpful, keeping the place tidy. Prices are pretty friendly, and people say it’s best value around. Self-wash costs about $1-$2; automatic washes run about $12-$16. You can pay with coins in the self-serve bays, and cards are accepted too – though there’s a $5 minimum for self-serve card payments and a $0.20 surcharge for card use in the drive-thru. The vacuums are surprisingly decent, with good vacuum bays you actually want to use.
Open daily from 6am to midnight, all week. Pro tip: if you’re after a quick tidy after a muddy road, the drive-through option is handy for a fast undercarriage wash, and the DIY bays let you take your time. It’s my go-to for a no-fuss, reasonably priced wash.
