About
Smiley Car Wash (Clarence Gardens, SA) is a handy local spot with a casual, no-fuss vibe and a solid 4.1 Google rating. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it fits into busy schedules.
Options include a laser wash and an automatic wash, plus DIY self-serve bays if you want to scrub it yourself. There are vacuums on site, though the suction isn’t always great. There’s a dog wash facility too. It’s a machine-driven place, not a staff hand wash. You can pay by coins, cash, or cards, though card payments sometimes come with small surcharges.
Prices pop up in reviews, like about $25 for the laser wash and around $6 for the vacuum, with occasional pre-authorizations. Overall, many see it as good value for money, even if a few folks have had card surcharges or vacuum hiccups. If you need a 24/7 spot with both auto and DIY options, this is worth a look.
Automatic Features
This car wash offers automatic washes with options for touchless laser wash and brush-based automated cycles, plus DIY self-service bays. A ceramic wax service is available. Regulars can obtain discounted wash codes. Reviews note mixed results: some customers report issues with soft-touch technology causing mirror damage, while others praise the laser/touchless wash for leaving the vehicle clean.
Self Service Features
Multiple self-serve DIY wash bays are available, with manual wash options in addition to automated services.
