Got abused for putting money in a machine that wasn’t working but it did not have an “out of order” sign on it, I was called an idiot by the attendant
I just had my car washed usedthedwarest wash barely spat out any shampoo or wax the cycles seemed very short not the usual time around the car my Cari’s still very dirty I couldnt find anyone to talk to when it finished I will not ever use this place again it’s a ripoff
Just went through paid $28 for ultimate wash and my car is still dirty and dusty I want a refund I am so angry. Didnt even want to give 1 star but no 0 star option
I went through the automatic car wash. The wash cycle finished, I was left with soap all over the car and the car was not clean. I had to drive through to the manual car wash bay and start cleaning again, only to find there’s a $5 minimum. An expensive visit to get a very unwashed car at the end of it. Such a waste of time and money. No email address easily accessible to email to ask for a refund.
Very disappointed. Paid $28 for the Ultimate choice. Car not clean and now have to deal with wax that has been layered on top of a lot of dirt that wasn’t washed off. There is no contact phone number to communicate with owners/ managers. I now have to find out how to remove wax layer and do the actual clean I thought I was getting. Do not waste your money and time with the auto wash.

Time poor working mum, thought I’d give my car a treat as I’m also driving a client tomorrow.. car is still dirty ! Not happy paid $28 and no receipt for tax purposes given. WILL NOT GO AGAIN
