About
Star Car Wash in Indooroopilly, inside the Star Car Wash Shopping Centre, QLD, is a handy local option. It sits at about 4.2 on Google, which feels solid and reassuring. Some reviews mention an automatic drive-through wash, so there’s at least an automatic option if you’re in a rush.
The team does the work here – hands-on washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, and carpet or mat cleaning. It’s a staffed operation, not a self-serve bay, so you can count on real people taking care of your car.
You can pay by cash or card, with some chatter that cash can be cheaper due to card surcharges. Online booking is possible too, and card payments are commonly noted.
Hours are generally 9am–5pm on Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30am–4:30pm on Sunday, and 9am–5pm on Monday, keeping things easy to plan. Prices vary and a few customers felt upsold, while others say it’s good value for what you get. If you want a thorough, staff-led clean with solid vacuums and interior detail, this place is worth a try.
