Massive shoutout to John, Thanks Mate!
$22.00 for an automatic wash and the car still came out dirty….total waste of money, this was in kurri kurri, which is also owned by this mob. Save ya money, if you have a pressure cleaner and detergent or even a bucket and sponge do it yourself.
My missus is pissed at the results.
Got a free upgrade for no reason staff are friendly and new washer is so cool
Have been a regular customer at Greenhills Carwash for a long time. On Saturday 25.07.26 I took my vehicle through their automatic carwash and noticed soon afterwards that a significant amount of clear finish had been removed across both doors on the passenger side of my car. I am a reasonable person and do not hold the carwash responsible, but did contact them to kindly enquire about claiming on their public liability insurance and I would pay the excess. This was not an unusual request as I know of someone who went through similar and the Manager of the carwash where their car sustained damage was really professional and happy to resolve the problem for their customer. Greenhills Carwash (while saying all the right things on the 3 x occassions I rang them to follow up), never bothered to phone me back with a straight answer, or assist in any way. It is one thing to have vehicle damage … but another to be fobbed off by a business who could easily assist a customer but choose not to.
Anyway, given what has happened to my vehicle, I wouldn’t recommend using any carwash anywhere … if you care about your vehicle (and your wallet !!), you are much better off purchasing quality products and making the time to wash it yourself. I note that the paintwork on my car was in seemingly excellent condition before going through the automatic carwash at Greenhills Carwash … and if that happened to me, it could happen to anyone !!
