I have had many car washes here without problem.
However last Tuesday about 2pm I washed car and when I got home to Tathra and checked my bank statement I found I have been charged twice. It may have been my fault not understanding the robot.
I have not been able to get back to Bega and cannot find a phone number anywhere.
If a refund is possible please contact me.
I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for a refund or a reply as they don’t give a crap..
Second time I’ve paid for the full service and have had the same result, the first time was about 6 months ago and the wash wasn’t done properly I just thought that maybe it wasn’t working properly so decided not to complain as I thought it maybe just needs a service on it and then the same happened again again today.. it’s absolutely bullshit that you pay for the car to be sparkling clean when it’s done and once I got out to have a look at the job done and to vacuum the car and realise what a crappy job it’s done for the second time around I’m infuriated so I decided that the vacuum cleaners are probably a rip off as well so I didn’t bother.. you guys need to do something about it!! .. but in saying that I’ll never be going back again to see if you fix the problem or not.. you should be ashamed of that kind of service!
